Booking and cancellation policy - holders of an online class ticket
There is no cancellation fee for this type of class at any time.
Booking and cancellation policy
Please cancel within 24 hours prior to class. For any cancellations after this window, you will be charged 50 % of your class price and 100% of the booking fee when cancelling 2 hours prior to class start.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable.
General terms:
Kim Diandra reserves the right to cancel and change teachers and classes without prior notice.

Membership Cancellation
Please provide 7 day’s notice of your membership cancellation. You may do this once every 2 months with no extra fees by emailing us via kim@kimdiandra.com. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Please note, if you do not receive this email within 48 hours, your cancellation request has not been received.
Memberships are paid in advance- either weekly or monthly based on which payment option you select, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate timeframes.
Minimum term
If you have selected our regular membership, the minimum term is 6 weeks, and if you have chosen a 6 or 12 month membership, the minimum term is 6 or 12 months respectively. You will need to fulfil the full minimum term, including all weeks that your account is on suspension. Memberships commence on the day you sign up and will be debited via your selected payment method.

Kim Diandra takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties, except as listed below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will attempt to inform you of any material changes by email.
Data Collection & Use
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your registration process. As part of the registration process in order to use Kim Diandra’s services you need to provide us with your Full Name, Email Address, and Billing information, including credit card data, Paypal or Google Checkout information. All data is stored in the United States. You may elect to not provide any of the above info, but you will then not be able to use Kim Diandra’s services or certain features. We will keep your data unless you request that we delete it.
Analytics
We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with the Kim Diandra website and services, including cookies, IP Addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data. Kim Diandra uses this information, only to improve the quality of our services and products.
Email Notices
When you register to use Kim Diandra services, your email will automatically be listed in the Kim Diandra mailing list. You will receive welcome information, account information, and other marketing related information related to Kim Diandra’s services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, titles and other related information for Kim Diandra’s services.
You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails from Kim Diandra at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
Business Transitions
In the event of Kim Diandra going through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by or with another company, including partial or all assets, any personally identifiable information we have on record will likely be transferred with the transition.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
