
Originally from Germany, I fell in love with the Australian lifestyle, the people and its surf beaches in 2018. I currently call Bondi Beach my home.
I’m naturally an active person - I surf, run and do lots of yoga - but when I discovered Barre, I found the movement that truly connected with my soul. Having graduated from Barre Body’s teacher academy in 2021, I specialise in Cardio Barre workouts that tone and strengthen the whole body to the beat of house and techno music.
My Pilates and Barre classes combine the aesthetic, elegant postures of traditional Ballet with the mindful, water-like movements of Yoga with highly effective, injury preventing Pilates exercises.
If you'd like to go for a slower pace, choose an invigorating Vinyasa Flow to release muscle tension and calm the mind.
